If your doctor has diagnosed you with an eye condition that causes swelling, leakage from the blood vessels in the eye and/or abnormal growth of blood vessels, eye injections may be used for treatment. We use eye injections such as Kenalog and Avastin to help treat certain eye conditions to help prevent further loss of vision.
For at least three days following an injection, you should avoid the following:
If your vision gets worse after the injection or if your eye becomes swollen, painful or red (more than at the injection site), please contact our office immediately.
